1.) If you are a member of this alliance, you are not allowed to attack or send spies into other members of this alliance (this rule should be obvious). 2.) High level players are expected to give away 10% of their budget daily to lower levels of the alliance. Advantaged to disadvantaged, so we could be called the affirmative action group! 3.) If you are in this alliance, you are not allowed to SELL troops OR uranium to anyone not in this alliance. 4.) ALL nations should get chemical weapons as soon as possible. We want to be able to pack a punch. Spies are also needed, and you are expected to have a good military for your GDP. 5.) Please obey communiques from the leader. The only way to survive is to be coordinated and to show solidarity. This may be something like sending troops to someone who is attacked, or all sending spies into someone attacking. 6.) On the subject of attacking, if you target a large alliance member and bring more on yourself than you can handle, then you should not expect aid from us. In this manner, non-alliance members are preferred if you go to war, but you are free to take your own risks. If you want to flat out eliminate a small alliance or have any mad ideas like that feel free to share it, and we will see. 7.) Be active, show solidarity, and with superior organizational abilities we can win.
AID will probably be organized to who needs it most: the group is more important than the individual, the individual only has power within the group, and the group only has power through individuals.

The instructions are as follows: ANTS stick together. Ants share resources. Ants must gather resources too share, and ants must help each other gather resources. Working from the Maxim "from each according to his ability, to each according to his need" we work out a rational way of distributing these resources within the framework of an alliance. Now, do not worry too much about frantically trying to do X for B and Y for Z and having nothing for yourself. Its not how we work. The strength of our alliance is measurable by our weakest member, and what we can do to keep them safe. It is of the upmost importance that we assure everyone in the alliance is strong. But this is not wholly a selfless act! Verily, it is a pragmatic one. For the main benefit of being in an alliance is the advantage of the label as a deterrent. People do not mess with you as they know they'd be attacked by others in the alliance etc. But if one of us is attacked? Then we can send them troops! We can spy on the attacker, make it not worth there while! It is for this reason we all need to have lots of troops. Plus, if all members are strong for their GDP then they wont GET attacked - they will be the attackers. We can assure this by aiding those with low tech. Now, we have a small division of labour. There are budget ants, troop ants and oil ants basically, sometimes ants are all three. But anyway you feel you can help is warmly appreciated. LIST OF STUFF TO DO: Uranium is the most thing you can get, so send it to the alliance leader for safekeeping. We can democratically vote on whether to sell it for troops or cash to be shared amongst members, or alternatively (which I would like to do) stockpile it for the long run, as to get - perhaps a year down the line - a nuke. Manpower is your most valuable resource so USE IT. You can do this by conscripting every-time your manpower is untapped. IF YOU DONT LOG IN EVERYDAY THEN CONSCRIPT LOTS AT ONCE! Territory is also a scare resource. You get it during war and is valued at 3 million each 100km at time of posting and you only need 1km land for each 1 million GDP you have. DO NOT ATTACK MEMBERS OF OTHER ALLIANCES unless its an alliance with like 2 weak people in, no MDP's etc. You cannot expect our full support if you attack an alliance and bring their wrath upon yourself, but I'll try and provide diplomatic support. You win wars when you attack when someone has 5k troops or below. So find nations preferably with a low amount of troops. Sometimes if someone has like 6k troops etc, its worth attacking twice in a row - once before, once after turn change (which happens at 7:59 GMT). Remember you can bomb their army before attacking now! You also steal their budget and some oil when you win. this post is not yet finished
