So, not been on bloc for the last 2 days. And all hell breaks loose. I was a member of NAM but was unsure about their direction. I joined your forums a month or so, and was planning to join before getting recruited by NAM.I have just rediscovered your alliance and would love to join.

My military is a work in progress after my last war which I lost. Trying to get back up to 300k like before. No oil production. But my equipment level is advanced, so I have a lot of spare cash to go around to help out the alliance.
